The origins of the turnery Sironi Zeno Sas date back to 1953 when, thanks to the courage, the will and determination of Mr Sironi Zeno, a small craft manufacturer of turned small parts was founded.
In 1998, engineer Sironi Daniele expanded the productive centre by constructing a new plant and investing in new machinery and human resources.
Thanks to his passion, professionalism, charisma, and foresight, engineer Sironi Daniele has, over the years, led the company to grow and become an important and reliable partner for many large companies, including multinationals.
His untimely death in 2019 led to a reorganization in management within the company.
Her daughter Dr. Sironi Elisa decided to run the company with her husband, Dr. Tresca Luigi, her cousin Dr. Caso Andrea and all the highly qualified staff who have been working for the company for many years.
The new company management is working with passion and determination to optimize the company performance, focusing on investing in new technologies to ensure ever-higher quality standards products.

Tresca Luigi
General Director
(Accountant and Auditor - born in 1981) He joined the company in the spring of 2019. After graduating in Corporate Finance and Financial Markets at the University of Pisa, he dealt with auditing in one of the Big Four, for several years. Then, he served as Finance Manager in companies belonging to different industrial sectors.
In Sironi Zeno he is the General Manager assisted by several employees with 20 years of experience in the field of precision mechanics.

Sironi Elisa
Marketing and Quality Manager
(Graduated in Communication and Marketing – born in 1985) After working in other industrial sectors, she joined the company dealing with the administration. Then, coordinating various external consultants, she has developed and implemented the internal quality management system, and in 2012 the company reached the UNI EN ISO 9001 standards. She currently coordinates activities related to Marketing and Quality.

Caso Andrea
Head of Planning and Production
(Graduated in Industrial Design – born in 1994) He has always attended the workshop environment ever since, little more than a boy, he daily accompanied his grandfather Zeno to work. During his studies he continued to deal with, firstly, the logistics part and then gradually he got closer to the production. After his university studies, he became Head of Production (customer order management, raw material retrieval, external processing management and shipment to the customer).

The real strength is our operators, some of whom have been in the company for more than 30 years and have seen three generations come. We have always invested in training and growth of our staff by organising training courses in addition to the classic training on the job. In terms of growth and continuous improvement we have included in the staff young people that we are training in programming and equipping machines.
